Clear
Official information is displayed clearly and remains visible, instead of vanishing after a spoken call or a missed flag.
A new approach to race communications is coming.
lets race control send official messages to dedicated displays in competing cars and at other locations around the circuit. It is an additional official communications channel, putting official information on a display that remains visible.
Flags remain fundamental to race communications, but not every message is easily seen or understood by everyone who needs it.
Safety Car
Still there when anyone can take it in.
01 / The problem
Race instructions need to be seen and understood. Flags remain essential, but not every message is easily taken in while a race is happening. A spoken radio message can be even more fleeting.
A driver may be braking, overtaking or dealing with a mechanical issue. Team personnel, officials and media may also miss a single flag or spoken message. Important information deserves to remain visible.
Gone almost as soon as it is said.
02 / The
concept
An additional communications channel for organisers, officials and anyone else who needs to see official race-control information. Designed for the noise, movement and time pressure of a race meeting.
Official information is displayed clearly and remains visible, instead of vanishing after a spoken call or a missed flag.
Officials can communicate important information rapidly, from race status to competitor-specific instructions.
Designed to operate without reliance on mobile phone coverage around the circuit.
03 / Built for motorsport
is being designed for clubs, circuits, teams, officials, media and competitors who need a straightforward additional communications channel.
Designed for straightforward installation in normal paddock and garage environments.
A dedicated, highly legible display, designed specifically for race information rather than general-purpose mobile use.
Designed so that equipping a complete field can be practical for clubs and organisers.
Conceived for organisers who need to reach every competitor — and for everyone else who needs the same official information.
Race control sends the information once; drivers, teams and officials see the same official message.
Text automatically uses as much of the screen as possible, making short messages especially easy to read at a glance.
04 / Example official information
The display is intended for instant recognition — race status, safety information, pit-lane information and competitor instructions. Shorter messages use larger type so they are as clear as possible.
Examples only. Event officials determine which messages are available and when they are displayed.
